In 40 years of business, we’ve been privileged to provide breathtaking, functional, top-of-the-line pools and outdoor living areas for thousands of customers throughout North and Central Florida. For five consecutive years (2013-2017), we have been ranked as one of the Top 50 Pool Builders in the country by Pool & Spa News. As proud members of the Association of Pool & Spa Professionals (APSP) and the Florida Swimming Pool Association (FSPA), we make ongoing education and involvement in trade organizations a priority, so that we can stay up to date on the latest pool industry technology and design trends for our customers. In recent years, we’ve been honored with numerous awards. But we’re especially thankful to have had the privilege of donating several pools (worth about $40,000 each) over the course of 3 years (2013-2015) to Shriners Hospital for Children, a gift we hope to be able to offer for many years to come. We can’t wait to see what the future holds for All Seasons Pools as we continue living out our passion, creating beautiful outdoor spaces that delight, inspire and bring together families for years of backyard memories.
About Palm Coast Florida
Developed by ITT Community Development Corporation (Levitt) in 1969, the original development plan encompassed 48,000 home sites on approximately 42,000 acres (17,000 ha) of the 68,000 acres (28,000 ha) owned by ITT. Paved streets and central water and sewer serve all lots developed within the plan. An extensive water management system was designed to replenish the area’s water table, which includes 46 miles (74 km) of freshwater canals and 23 miles (37 km) of saltwater canals.
In 1975, the Flagler County Board of County Commissioners established Palm Coast Service District, which included almost 40,000 acres (16,000 ha). Funds for the district were derived primarily from ad valorem taxes and were used to provide fire services, fire hydrants, street lighting, animal control and emergency services.
