Office Manager/Controller | All Seasons Pools

“Hi, my name is Pam Crowley. I started with All Seasons Pools in 1986 and worked two years when we were just a pool cleaning company. I then left to be a stay at home Mom .

I returned in 2004 knowing nothing about the pool industry beyond how to swim and have a blast in the pool! Originally, I started in the service department and worked my way up over the last 20+ years to become the Office Manager. While some people may call this work, I love what I do! Over the last 20+ years, I am proud to call my coworkers friends and some of which even, family.

When I am not working, I am happily spending time with my family. I am married to the love of my life, Ken. We enjoy spending time together, doing things like golf and traveling. Some of our favorite memories together are in Paris last year. I also am very proud of my wonderful daughter, Melissa, who happily enjoys her career as much as I do, as a lawyer. Right now as I write this, we are all together in Lake Tahoe, as she skis with my granddaughter, Arlee, and her husband, Jason.

To say I’m blessed is an understatement. I could not be happier for my place in life! This nomination is a thrill to me and means the world given my tenure with the company and love for my coworkers. What a great end to 2025! I hope anyone reading this has a very prosperous 2026. Happy new year!”
