Our assigned project manager Brian Curtis has just been super. Pool installation is a slightly nerving process, but Brian’s friendly manner and informative explanations are reassuring.

Also All seasons not only has assigned a personal project manager, but management has an open communication email chain that goes to 15+ people related to the project. I have had many many questions throughout the installation process. The answers have been almost immediate and thorough. Its clear Don Garden and Jon Prezleski are busy All seasons managers, but they always take the time to email or take a call as soon as i send a question.

I was concerned about having a lot of strangers in my backyard for an extended period of time. Every crew has been great, very nice and professional.
Jeff started off by rough framing the pool. That is when you can roughly see what the pool will look like.
The plumbers (Logan & Trenton) were excellent.
The guys that formed the pool (Carlos & Jose) were very nice and did a good job.
Next the large gunite team shot the pool. This was really cool to watch. These guys are basically cement artists.
Max and his tile team have been doing a great job. Just check out that glass infinity wall.
The deck formers were done by a cement crew. Note these guys were nice and cleaned up after.
Now we have Israel and his brother Louis putting in our pavers. These guys are good. We had a bit of a hiccup with the paving installation early on, but Domenic Reali (all seasons lead paver) quickly stepped in to address the issues.
Looking forward to our screen enclosure soon. All seasons owns their our screen enclosure company which i understand helps a lot with potential issues and scheduling. Bobby (our main screen enclosure contact) has been to our site multiple times and has been very informative.

Also of note, All Seasons told us they have been installing pools in 8 to 12 weeks. Our pool is decently complex and i think we are still on track for that. These guys appear to be doing everything they can to provide us a quality pool in a reasonable timeframe. I’ve heard friend complain that there pool installation took 6 to 8 months. Typically they say something like ” the pool company dug a hole and we have seen them for a month.” Anyway All seasons has had workers out here every week since they broke ground.

So i keep saying how nice and professional everyone is, but that has been my experience. Good Luck!!!

All Seasons did an amazing job on our pool. They were quick and courteous throughout the build and we love the final product! The pool looks amazing. My kids love it and have been swimming in it as much as possible. From the design to the permitting to the build, it was all very easy for us. All Seasons did all the work. All Seasons Pools was fantastic to work with from the design process through construction there was good communication every step of the way. Another company said it would take 9 months from the start of construction and we didn’t want to wait that long. Turns out we only had a short window where we could install our pool as our neighbor wanted to put up a fence. We were able to get it completed in only 7 weeks from the time we broke ground. Tom and Chris were awesome and truly cared. I would highly recommend.

We started this process on 3/28/23 when we signed our contract with Andrea. We broke ground on 6/6/23, and as I write this, we are on the final tiny stages, so about a total of 8 weeks. When we were originally quoted a time frame, we thought we were going to be lucky to swim in it for New Years Eve. So, to say our expectations were exceeded is putting it lightly. We were so incredibly lucky with weather as well, we only had one day of rain delay, which is unheard of for Florida this time of year. The pool turned out better than we envisioned and is absolutely perfect for what we wanted. Every single crew and team member that we came in contact with was amazing. Everyone was kind, and helped educate us along the way. Our home was buzzing with people every day, from inspectors to different crews, but the effort everyone put in to make our pool perfect, was amazing.

I am in procurement for a living for a fortune 500 company and know how to source things. Buying a pool is a MAJOR purchase and there is a lot to consider. We have a tricky side yard we wanted to squeeze a pool into and after an exhaustive search, I had narrowed it down to 3 pool companies…. got their pricing, timelines, final designs based on our ideas and input…. From start to finish, the all seasons team has been incredible to work with.

They’ve been extremely friendly, responsive, and FAST!!!

We still can’t believe how quickly this pool is coming together, and we couldn’t have asked for a smoother process.

All the work that’s been done so far has been done well, and it looks so good!!!

We’re excited to get this project buttoned up over the next few weeks.

I will just start off by saying our experience with All Seasons Pools was outstanding. When we built our home we were told by the pool company contracted by the builder that our back yard was too small to fit a pool. We were extremely disappointed but never quite gave up on that dream. 6 years later and post covid, we contacted 3 pool companies. Tom from All Seasons was the most responsive and the only one who ever made a plan to immediately come out to meet us. Working with Tom was excellent as he was very patient and attentive and made recommendations while taking our requests into consideration. And though the yard space wqs small and restrictive, Tom managed to fit everything we wanted included a heater for the pool in the design. The result was a simply beautiful 3D image/video that we instantly fell in love with.

Once we hired All Seasons Pools officially, our Project Manager Don, came out to meet with us also and ever since that day has been in constant communication with us by email and telephone/text. In fact, we were added to an email chain with all teams for the project included; that way we were always aware of what was going on in terms of timelines, scheduled jobs, scheduled inspections, expectations etc, including an avenue for us to bring up any questions or requests directly to all persons involved which was effective in getting us quick answers or resolutions. The project was executed very quickly without any delays and although we were at the outset expecting a pool by Spring 2023, we were already completed and using the pool in January 2023. The All Seasons Pools team has remained in communication and even provided a few extras to make our project truly our own back yard sanctuary. We love it and we are so happy we chose All Seasons Pools. They gave us a pool in the same space another company said would not be possible. I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering a pool and would definitely use them again if ever we need to build another.

The entire team was professional. Our sales manager Tom accommodated our schedule for a Weekend appointment to meet at the office and design and contract for our pool. He worked with us to maximize our budget. Don, the general manager saw the construction of our pool. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process. We didn’t build an ordinary in-ground pool, our yard sloped down to a retention pond so a retaining wall was needed to hold the pool. The construction started the weekend of Thanksgiving and we are completing and using the pool in mid-February (2 1/2 months from beginning to end). Carol communicated when payments were needed along the way, which was outlined in the contract and on their pool build website so you can track the next steps. Marilyn in services and Ron also did a great job in responding to questions and advising when workers would be onsite.

We had heard many horror stories of friends building pools. The delays, lack of communication, etc. We chose All Season’s Pools because our friend’s Dad worked there, and we are so glad we did!

From Tom designing our pool, to Steve our Site Manager giving us constant updates, we had an amazing experience. Workers were out at least once a week constantly working and keeping the job going. We are so pleased with the results! Thank you All Seasons for giving us our dream pool!

After many quotes and speaking to many personal friends who have had pools installed, only 1 recommended their pool company. Even though their pools turned out amazing, they said the process and the build out were absolutely horrible and stressful.

With that in mind, we selected the 1 company who was recommended, All Seasons. We can’t begin to tell you how relieved we are to have gone with such a professional and reliable company. We are almost done (quicker than anticipated mind you) and the process has been top notch. The way the entire company communicates is what makes the difference. There are no surprises because everyone is always in the loop. I can ask questions at any time and have a response within 24 hours! I will update when everything is completed as well.

My experience with all seasons was amazing. They were on time, very professional, and did amazing work. On top of that, they communicated very well. I had the honor to deal with the general manager of the company Donald and he was such a great guy and handled all of my needs and concerns as a priority. If you are looking to get a pool done or anything of that nature you should only be using all seasons. Tell them Floyd sent you.

After interviewing 5 different pool companies I went with All Seasons Pools. let me tell you this was one of the best decisions ever! Every time I look in my back yard its like Wow!!! Yes! All Seasons Pools really nailed it!

Right up to my 3 year warranty they have been there every step of the way! As soon as something comes up regardless of the the issue yes Sir we will send someone out. They have come right out and fix the issue!

Just want to say how much we are pleased with the recent installation of our pool. Not only was the pool installed in record time, but everyone from your staff was excellent to work with. I would like to give special thanks to Dave Colby and Brian.

Dave did an awesome job in designing our pool. When you enter our backyard, the pool creates a oasis atmosphere. Dave was also a pleasure to work with and was readily available for any of our inquiries.

Brian was the catalyst to make it all happen. He answered every single phone call no matter what the time or day was. I honestly think this man works 70 hours week since we saw him on site after 7 pm inspecting the work of the sub contractors. Unfortunately, at times Brian had to endure some of the headaches and handled it very well.

Overall, you have two very good employees working for you and we thank you for doing an awesome job. Do feel free to use our names as referrals.

Recently, we had a pool built by All Seasons Pools and were very satisfied with the process and the result.
